What to expect
Email is read directly — there is no support team and no ticket queue. Most messages get a reply within two business days. Cost-data corrections that include a verifiable source (a supplier price list, a written quote, or a published cost index) are prioritized, and confirmed errors are fixed in the next site update rather than sitting in a backlog.
Corrections policy
Pricing on this site is published as ranges because installed roofing prices legitimately vary by region, roof complexity, and contractor overhead. A single quote outside our range is not automatically an error — but if a pattern of quotes in your market consistently falls outside the published range, that is exactly the kind of feedback that keeps the calculator honest. Disagreements about methodology are welcome too; the editorial policy explains how ranges are constructed.
